Class B Vacuum Truck Route Driver to manage your own route while operating a vacuum truck. You will be responsible for picking up industrial waste from various customers, including automotive repair shops and quick oil change businesses, before transporting it to disposal sites.

Key Responsibilities: - Prioritize health and safety by adhering to all safe work practices and acting responsibly.
- Visit 10-12 customer sites daily.
- Perform manual labor to fulfill customer needs at each site.
- Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation and labeling.
- Generate sales leads from existing customers for new products and services.
- Sell additional products and services to current accounts.
- Actively seek out new accounts within your route.
- Maintain primary account ownership for assigned customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction during every service visit.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal compliance regulations.
- Operate vehicles safely in accordance with U.S. DOT regulations.
- Follow all corporate procedures and environmental health and safety guidelines.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - Valid Class B CDL required.
- Ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of hire.
- Comfortable using mobile devices for work-related tasks.
- Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physical ability to perform job-related functions.
- Successful completion of a background check, drug test, and physical examination required.
- Must meet specific facial hair standards as outlined by OSHA's Respiratory Protection standard.
Preferred Qualifications: - Previous commercial driving and route driving experience.
- Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred.
- Experience with hazardous materials.
- Background in business-to-business sales.
- Strong customer service skills.
