Pay Rate: $55-$75/hr

What You'll Do:

• Conduct user research and translate insights into meaningful design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and flows using tools like Figma
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UX with platform goals
• Lead usability testing and continually optimize the digital experience
• Support a design system and documentation for consistent brand delivery

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience
• Strong portfolio of web/mobile design
• Proficiency in Figma; knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for creating design that uplifts and serves others
