Partnered with Aquent, you'll be Embedded with a team at the forefront of innovation in online commerce. This team is passionate about creating user-friendly products that simplify the complexities of online retail, and your research will be the driving force behind their success.

As a UX Researcher, you will:

  • Prepare and execute user research activities, from recruitment and prototype preparation to stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct usability testing sessions and interviews, gathering crucial insights into user behavior and needs.
  • Meticulously document observations and analyze qualitative data to uncover meaningful patterns and trends.
  • Transform raw data into compelling narratives, communicating your findings to stakeholders and the research lead through impactful reports, presentations, and visualizations.
  • Leverage existing research to inform current studies and provide a comprehensive understanding of the user landscape.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in UX research, demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in qualitative research methodologies, including usability testing, interviews, and data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $63.84 to $70.93 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
