Role Responsibilities:
(what they will be doing) This role would support the buildout of a robust digital standards and governance program across disparate wholesale digital properties, helping align teams strategically while elevating the client experience through a common approach to authentication, permissions, and user experience. This role will be highly focused on digital standards, regulations, and enterprise policies, working with various LOB groups to ensure applicable awareness and adherence.
Following is a summary of the essentail functions for this role. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

• Policy/Regulatory gaps assessments

• Procedure development

• Program execution, oversight, and reporting

• Process identification and documentation Must Have Sklls/Prior Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, or equivalent education and related training or experience to include 8+ years of experience in positions that carry increasing levels of responsibility, including experience in digital product management, business risk management, or business consulting

• Business Process Management (BPM)

• Requirement and Gap analysis

• Procedure development and documentation

• bility to think critically and strategically, multi-task, and drive change.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with advanced proficiency with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word)

• nalytical skills; proficiency in leveraging data to measure business & channel performance, Client insights, and drive fact-based decision-making (Excel, Tableau)

• Strong cross-functional collaboration & facilitation skills; ability to design, structure & lead productive and efficient working sessions to develop viable plans

• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in an organization

• Knowledge / training in agile software delivery & portfolio management

• Strong organizational and planning skills.

• Working knowledge of commercial and corporate banking Plus/Nice to Have Sklls/Prior Experiences:
(Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)
• Familiarity with digital standards, including ADA, browser/OS/device standards, regulatory requirements, etc.

• Experience building out governance and oversight programs to educate, enable, track, and ensure compliance to standards
