As a UX Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing and building the frontend of our software platform. These applications are essential to our users, so stability, performance, and quality of user experience are top priorities.
The ideal candidate will be someone who combines strong frontend development skills with a passion for user-centered design. You should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, with a willingness to learn and implement new technologies as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop intuitive, user-focused workflows and interfaces
- Collaborate with backend developers to design and integrate APIs
- Contribute to frontend technology decisions and UI architecture
- Ensure consistent application of modern UX principles and best practices
- Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards
Requirements - 5+ years of experience in UX design and frontend development
- Experience developing web applications using JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
- Functional knowledge of CSS3 and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Git and Node Package Manager (NPM)
- Experience with handlebars.js, RxJS, Material Design, or Bootstrap is a plus
- Proven ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
