Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a UX Designer for a contract position in Redmond, WA
The opportunity will be nine months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Position Summary: We are hiring a UX and visual designer to develop, create, and modify user interfaces and design assets for our organization
Candidate should have a strong portfolio and experience in the industry.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: - Deliver high-quality design assets (UX & visual) on time
- Utilize Figma to create designs and prototypes
- Create scenarios, process flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, UI pattern libraries, interaction guidelines and other artifacts required to develop and evolve designs for a set of enterprise products, and services.
- Work collaboratively on a larger design team made up of interaction designers, visual designers, motion designers and front-end developers focused on end-to-end experiences.
- Follow coherent patterns and guidelines or help create them as applicable.
- Execute all design activities with high-quality and thoroughness.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
- 5+ years experience required
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UX (depth and breadth) & visual design work
- Years of Experience Required: 10+overall years of experience in the field, but open to candidates with less experience but with very strong portfolio
- Degrees or certifications required: A degree in UX or digital design is preferred, but open to considering candidates with strong portfolio and relevant experience.

Average: The ideal resume would contain strong communication skills, adaptability, strong visual design skills, and personal drive and determination (evidence of continuous learning and skill development) . - Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and meeting deadline, along with ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues and stakeholders
- Minimum 10 years experience with Visual Design Skills, but would consider candidates with less years of experience if they have strong portfolio
- Minimum 10 years experience with UX/UI Dessign Skills, but would consider candidates with less years of experience if they have strong portfolio
- Proficient with FIGMA
Preferred: - Experience in software design and development
- Experience in professional UX/UI development
- Experience with visual design for digital purposes (PPT design, brand design, logo design, icon creation)
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Good fundamental design skills (typography, iconography, composition, color, layout, etc.) and creation of a variety of visual mood boards, storyboards, creative briefs, and motion and visual guidelines
- Ability to quickly produce elegant and easily understood diagrams, wireframes, concept maps, prototypes, interaction guidelines and other related artifacts for a strong interaction point-of-view
- Ability to create videos and video assets is preferred
- Ability to design in 2D and 3D is preferred
