About the Role

As a UX Designer, you'll be a key player in our agile Product Squads, crafting intuitive and seamless user experiences that prioritize both our customers and their pets. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and optimizing user journeys to deliver friction-free experiences that drive business and customer satisfaction.

• Championing UX/UI best practices within your squad, ensuring every decision prioritizes user needs and aligns with our strategic goals.

• Collaborating closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver design solutions backed by evidence and testing.

• Contributing to a unified UX approach across our decentralized team, promoting agile methodologies and iterative improvements.

What You'll Bring

• Proven Expertise: A strong background in UX/UI design with a track record of delivering impactful results.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping for mobile, desktop, and tablet platforms.

• Design Standards Mastery: An in-depth understanding of cross-device design standards and principles.

• Agile Experience: Familiarity with agile frameworks and workflows is a bonus.

• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like:

• Adobe XD, Creative Cloud, Sketch, or Figma

• InVision, Axure, or Balsamiq

• Miro or Zeplin
