The USWA RFP Writer will support our client's retail executive team by coordinating and completing RFPs and DDQs for U.S. retail separately managed accounts (SMAs) and model portfolios. Description
- Coordinate the completion of new business RFPs and DDQs for U.S. retail separately managed accounts (SMAs) and model portfolios in a timely and accurate manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for relationship managers, sales teams, and sales support teams regarding client RFPs and DDQs.
- Collaborate closely with RFP team members across the business to ensure consistent, high-quality responses.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and the innovative use of available resources.
- Support the maintenance and audit of core content within the RFP content management system.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
- 0-2 years of experience in financial services or a similar role; experience with RFPs and DDQs for Separately
- Managed Accounts (SMAs) is a plus.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
- Proactive team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
