This temporary position is located in Raleigh, NC - Wake County. Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $33.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application). This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Information Technology. This position is located at 705 Picot Dr, Raleigh, NC 27603.
The incumbent will respond to user inquiries related to software, hardware, and system access; resolve or escalate as needed. Track and update service tickets in the IT incident management system, ensuring timely resolution and documentation. Provide user assistance within EIPD for technical issues and policy-related questions.
Ensure compliance with federal and state data security standards during all access and account management activities. Assist with North Carolina Identity Management (NCID) and North Carolina State Email System (NCMAIL) account creation, reset, deactivation, and troubleshooting. Maintain technical documentation and develop user training materials for internal use.
