We're on a mission to make healthy aging accessible to all-and we need a sharp, creative UX/UI Designer to help us elevate that experience across digital touchpoints.
About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer with a passion for improving user education, creating cohesive product experiences, and driving conversions. You'll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, development, and analytics teams to optimize user journeys across web, email, and interactive quizzes.
What You'll Do:
- Audit and refine digital experiences to improve user education and product understanding.
- Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging experiences that boost conversion and quiz/email completion rates.
- Apply strong information hierarchy and UX principles to guide users seamlessly across touchpoints.
- Assist in the application, implementation, and evolution of brand guidelines across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate across departments and brands to maintain product cohesiveness and consistent branding.
- Rapidly iterate on designs based on testing, feedback, and performance data.
- Create responsive, mobile-first designs aligned with business goals and user needs.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, preferably in a DTC eCommerce or wellness/health-tech environment.
- Proven success improving conversion and engagement through design.
- Expertise in Figma (or similar), UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
- Strong understanding of information architecture and user journey mapping.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bonus: Experience with email design, Shopify, or health/nutrition-related products.
