Our department is a team of 8, diverse in background, and location. My team supports design needs of acquisition, engagement, retention of the membership initiative, and the mobile app; which are top priorities for the organization.

Project Description:
We are looking to increase our design capacity to support the team.

Skills Overview:
5-10 year of experience in user experience design and strategy. Need:

• Ability to operate independently,

• Break down business problems and bring partners along in solution delivery

• Deliver clear design directions with full lens of user journey

• Experience with Agile practices

• Ability to deliver projects reflecting partnership with UX Research and UX Writing

What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?

• Figma

• JIRA

• Confluence

• Miro

• After Effects

• Interaction design

• Experience: Specialty retail

Interview Process Overview:

• Initial meet with manager

• Panel interview (full panel) + case study presentation

• Smaller panel for focused discussions

• Final with manager
