USA Training Specialist

Title: Training Specialist - Level 2
Locations: Lincoln NE
Durations: 4 Months (Position has a high probability for conversion from Contract to FTE based on performance, attendance, and business needs.)
Pay Range: $32.00/hr on W2

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Adult Learning and Development Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training within a manufacturing GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment, excellent communication and facilitation skills. Proficiency in computer skills, video editing, database LMS (Learning Management System) and Veeva is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs tailored to adult learners in a manufacturing GMP environment.

• Understand and implement effective training processes and methodologies.

• Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually.

• Utilize computer skills to create and manage training materials, including video editing for instructional content.

• Maintain and update training records in the LMS database.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to
improve outcomes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in training within a manufacturing GMP environment.

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training processes.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

• Proficiency in computer skills, including video editing software.

• Experience with database LMS (Learning Management System) management.

• Familiarity with Veeva systems is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
