This Role: The
Senior Digital Marketing Specialist: Ecommerce & Web involves managing marketing content for Product Information Management (PIM), overseeing product information for all third-party e-commerce partnerships, and maintaining our 15 B2B brand websites. This professional will combine marketing expertise with a thorough understanding of online business processes. They utilize product data, content management, and web analytics to boost sales and engagement. The position demands a mix of creativity, technical skills, and analytical abilities.
Work Location and Schedule: This is a full-time, hybrid position with minimal travel required, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing. The ideal candidate will be based in either Grand Rapids, MI or Detroit, MI. In-office collaboration is expected two days per week: Mondays and Wednesdays for Detroit-based employees, or Tuesdays and Wednesdays for those based in Grand Rapids.
Responsibilities - PIM Integration: Understanding and utilizing PIM systems to manage and enrich product information across various channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy - as they relate to marketing.
- E-commerce Strategy: Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to drive sales and engagement on third party e-commerce platforms for the Duravent Group portfolio of brands and products.
- Web Analytics: Analyzing website data and user behavior to identify trends, optimize marketing efforts, and improve the user experience.
- Content Creation: Creating compelling and engaging content for websites and third-party e-commerce platforms.
- Oversees SEO and SEM: Working with our website agency to implement and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve online visibility for our portfolio of brands.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and providing insights to optimize marketing performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with other teams, such as IT, product management and sales, to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
Qualifications:Required: - Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, etc.). Will also consider additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience effectively leveraging PIM systems to enhance e-commerce marketing efforts and drive results on the web.
- Must be able to provide examples of previous work
- Must be U.S. Persons as defined by U.S. export control regulations (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3
Additional Qualifications: - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with PIM systems and their role in managing product data and content.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing for e-commerce business partners like Home Depot, Lowes and Ferguson
- Ability to analyze web data using tools like Google Analytics and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to create compelling and engaging content for various online channels.
- Understanding of SEO and SEM strategies and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage projects, track progress, and meet deadlines.

- Proven expertise in PIM marketing, ecommerce marketing and website management
- Creative mindset, ability to scale rapidly, creating and executing tactics and strategies
- Excellent analytical, written communication, content creation, and presentation skills
- Must be a self-starter who is detail-oriented and well-organized
- 3 or more years of PIM and ecommerce experience is preferred
