JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Summary.
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Architect to join our team. The AI Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing AI solutions that align with our business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and data science principles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and experience in deploying AI models in production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Solution Design:

• Design and develop AI architectures that meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Create detailed design documents and technical specifications.
Model Development and Deployment:

• Develop, train, and validate machine learning models.

• Deploy AI models into production environments ensuring scalability and reliability.

• Monitor and maintain AI systems to ensure optimal performance.
Data Management:

• Work with data engineers to ensure the availability and quality of data required for AI models.

• Implement data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.

• Ensure data privacy and security compliance.
Research and Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.

• Conduct research to explore new AI technologies and methodologies.

• Propose innovative solutions to improve existing AI systems.
Collaboration and Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, software engineers, and business analysts.

• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Performance Optimization:

• Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Implement best practices for model evaluation and validation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI systems.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. PhD is a plus.

• 5+ Years of experience as an AI Architect, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.

• Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.

• Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Skills:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.

• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

• Experience with AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
