Job Description

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients by earning trust, understanding client needs, providing targeted advice, developing solutions, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Generate business results and acquire new assets from existing clients and new client acquisition.
- Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs.
- Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients.
- Connect clients across all lines of business of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
- Ensure solutions fulfill clients' needs through a holistic, goals-based planning approach.
- Adhere to all risk, control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Six plus years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required; unlicensed candidates considered but must obtain licenses within 90 days.
- Proven sales success and strong business acumen.
- Strong community presence and an established network.
- Understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts.
- Focus on client experience and dedication to client interests.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred.
- Proactive, initiative-taking, with critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined approach.
- Knowledge of equity, fixed income markets, and alternative investments like Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate.
