Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients by earning trust, understanding client needs, providing targeted advice, developing solutions, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Generate business results and acquire new assets from existing clients and new client acquisition.
  • Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs.
  • Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients.
  • Connect clients across all lines of business of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
  • Ensure solutions fulfill clients' needs through a holistic, goals-based planning approach.
  • Adhere to all risk, control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Six plus years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required; unlicensed candidates considered but must obtain licenses within 90 days.
  • Proven sales success and strong business acumen.
  • Strong community presence and an established network.
  • Understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts.
  • Focus on client experience and dedication to client interests.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred.
  • Proactive, initiative-taking, with critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and disciplined approach.
  • Knowledge of equity, fixed income markets, and alternative investments like Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate.
