Urology Physician

Coverage Needed:

• 6/2/25 - Ongoing
• Monday to Friday, 8a-5p
• Night call and 24-hour call
• Minimum 4-5 shifts per week

Clinical Details:

• General urology patient care in an ambulatory clinic and community hospital
• Includes general urology office procedures: Cystoscopy, vasectomies, prostate biopsy
• Schedule and perform OR cases for treatment of BPH, kidney stones, general urology cases
• Patients per day: 16 clinic patients
• Surgeries: 1-5 per week
• 100% adult urology, primarily 18 years and older
• 5 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms
• Robotics: Da Vinci robotic system available
• Call volume: Average of 4-5 calls a day, 3 in-person calls per week
• Admissions: Handled by hospitalist team, urology serves as consulting service
• Rounding: 30 minutes early for inpatient rounds, 1-2 patients max at a time
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: Front desk check-in, surgery scheduler, MA-C (Uro Tech), RN

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Urology
• WA License required; IMLC with LOQ considered
• ACLS, BLS, DEA
• Clean background/malpractice history
• Local candidates preferred, no flights
• June ongoing availability required
