Other Details: The facility which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. There are an average of 16 patients per shift. This opportunity consists of two four-day clinic assignments per month: Monday through Thursday during the first week, and Thursday through Monday during the third week. The provider must be available to cover call each day and staff the clinic on weekdays. The assignment is ongoing in duration.
