ASAP start with 60-90 credentialing process
$404,000-$497,000 annually
BE/BC open to apply
Relocation, sign-on bonus and all the extra benefits open to providers
No peds, neonate or advance procedures required
Santa Rosa Urology is clinic location across from the hospital.
Call open available around 7-10 days per month
Beeper call but onsite during the weekday work hours (7am-5pm)
Called back to the hospital (after 5pm or on weekend) on average 3 x week
