Other Details: The facility is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. Privileges require a case log of 150 urology surgeries. The schedule consists of two consecutive weeks per month: the first week is clinic-only, Monday through Friday, 8 AM 5 PM, with no call, while the second week involves 24-hour call from Monday at 7 AM to the following Monday at 7 AM. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible within the first five years and hold current BLS and ACLS certifications.
