• 2 weeks a month back-to-back
  • 1st week is clinic: Monday - Friday 8a-5p with no call
  • 2nd week is 24-hour call: Monday 7a - Monday 7a

• Outpatient

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible is first 5 years
• Active WA License or IMLC
• BLS, ACLS
• 150 Urology Surgery Case Logs

Support Staff

• 4 RNs, 10 MAs, 1 APP, 8 Office staff
