This modern, nationally accredited, and non-profit medical center located around 90 minutes from downtown Oklahoma City is seeking a urologist to lead an already established service line in a nice western suburb to serve the friendly patients and their families in the area. Opportunity:
Join this established service line with strong APP, clinical, and administrative support
Great work/life balance with an autonomous, flexible clinic schedule and blocked OR time
Have a strong market share with a steady volume and dynamic patient panel from day one (up to 15+ cases/week)
Must be Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Urology and hold or apply for an active, unrestricted Oklahoma medical license
Competitive guaranteed base salary of 700K+ and productivity with very lucrative potential, PTO, CME, malpractice coverage, full benefits, and other incentives/bonuses, along with loan assistance options
A few years of practice experience is preferred but new graduates (2025, 2026) are welcome to apply
