- Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 08:00-17:00 office, potential for emergent calls/visits after hours
- Call Schedule: 24 hrs while on-site
- Average number of office/clinic patients per day: 15-20
- Required Areas and Procedures: General Urology, Ureteroscopy, TRUS Biopsies, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)
Requirements:
- Board Certified - Required
- Active MI state license
- DEA
- BLS
