- General Urology, Laparoscopic surgeries, Ureteroscopy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Renal and Bladder U/S w/ biopsy, Incontinence procedure, Adult Urology Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy, Radical Cystectomy w/ileo-loop conduit,
- Radical Prostatectomy, Pelvic node dissection, fertility work-up , Ureteroscopy Holmium, Laser Lithotripsy, Greenlite Laser XPS Prostatectomy, Cysto's (multiple), Mid Urethral Sling, Trus BX Prostate, Suprapubic Cystotomy/Tube Placement, & Holmium laser (with certification).

• Hospital Privileges required: Yes

• Temporary Privileges available: Yes

• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 45 days

Requirements:

• MI license -or- IMLC

• BC/BE

• ATLS, BLS, ACLS, ABLS, PALS
