Coverage Needed:

• Start Date: July 7, 2025
• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, times may vary), Friday (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, times may vary)
• Call: 7-10 days per month, including weekends; weekday night call and 24-hour call on weekends
• Allowed Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

• Call Type: Beeper, Response Time: 20-30 minutes

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
• License: Active CA license required
• Certifications: ACLS required
• Privileges: Hospital/surgery center privileges required; temporary privileges not available
• Active FLURO required
