• No. of Surgeries: 3-4

• Procedures per week: 10-15

• Support Staff: 1 APP, MAs

• Procedures: Vasectomy, Infant Circumcision OP (preferred)

• Hospital Beds: 99

• EMR: Cerner

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active AZ License or IMLC

• BC/BE

• DEA

• COVID & Flu Vaccine

• Min 1 yr of experience
