Urology Physician Locums Job in Kentucky Call Coverage

Dates of Coverage: Full or part time - 2.5 days in clinic and 2.5 days in OR needed per week. Call at night and weekends but call is very slow (only for emergencies). Preferred 2 weeks per month but would be open to 1 week per month

Details/Requirements for Assignment :
Active Kentucky license or IMLC
Board Certification or Board Eligibility within five years
Clinic, call
7am - 7am (20 shifts per month of call)
Average 1-3 patients seen on call coverage
Average 28-30 clinic patients per day
EMR: Epic
