- Other Details: The facility which is stroke-certified, trauma level 1, and PEDs level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. There are an average of 16 patients per shift and 14 beds in the department. A provider is needed monthly for a 7-day coverage stretch from Friday to Friday, with no exceptions for shorter availability. Providers will rotate, but each full-week assignment must be covered by the same individual. Orientation takes place on the Thursday before the first day of the assignment. The schedule includes clinic hours Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, followed by night call from 5 PM to 8 AM, and weekend call from Saturday 8 AM to Monday 8 AM. Open dates are 5/16 to 5/23 (orientation on 5/15), 6/20 to 6/27, 7/18 to 7/25, 8/22 to 8/29, and 9/19 to 9/26.
