Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join team to provide Urology care in Lafayette, IN. Join our practice as they provide ambulatory clinic care, hospital rounding and surgical cases. We are seeking a long-term partnership with a provider who is willing to work closely with others. Incentives include a generous commencement bonus. Group strongly supports advanced practice providers by allowing them to be autonomous in building their own practice while collaborating with the care team.


Ideal candidate will have prior experience in both ambulatory clinic and be skilled in the surgery setting. Candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment and be team-oriented. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Candidate will also have desire to develop strong ties with patients and the community in which they serve.


  • Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
  • Flexible full-time schedule
  • Primary responsibilities include hospital rounding, assisting in surgery and clinic
  • Potential for shared weeknight call after training
  • Strong primary care referral base
  • In-network specialty services: Urodynamics, in-office biopsies, in-office cystoscopy
  • Collaboration in Operating Room working with DaVinci XI robotics
