Urology Locums Needed

•  Requirements: Board Certified, Active Illinois License OR IMLC (already in-hand), ACLS, BLS.
•  Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p - Clinic or OR. 24 hour call on weekends. Please see below for additional job details.
•  Need Urologist to support ambulatory clinic, perform OR procedures, and support hospital call and emergent needs. 24 hour call on weekends and after hours call during the week.
•  Mon-Fri 8a-5p - Clinic or OR
•  Clinic: 18-22 patients per day
•  Required Procedures: Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in OR.
•  Adults only - no Peds.
