Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the FOH team to deliver outstanding service and memorable dining experiences.
- Set clear priorities, drive performance, and ensure accountability across the team.
- Train and support staff to uphold top-notch service standards and create a positive, efficient work environment.
- Foster a collaborative atmosphere that promotes teamwork and high morale among the staff.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing in upscale or fine dining restaurants.
- Strong understanding of sanitation, food safety practices, and guest service standards.
- Hands-on leader with excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities, especially in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in building and leading successful teams to exceed performance goals.
