We are looking for an energetic and experienced Executive Chef who is well versed in elevated, high-volume dining to lead our amazing team.
Candidates must haves:
- Minimum of 3 years in an EC role or similar
- Minimum of 5 years in upscale/fine dining
- Versed in P&L, costing, budgeting, forecasting
- Experienced in a high-volume environment of 8mil +
- A proven leader that is culture builder
