- Inpatient Palliative Care/Hospice/Home Hospice
- Fast paced, high volume, growing program with referrals from several hospitals
- Certified as a Hospice Program since 1987
- M - F, 8am-5pm with rotating call schedule
- Quality scores higher than National Average CMS Hospice Compare
- EPIC EMR
- Located in the heart of the Great Lakes
