Unit Care Coordinator

Wages: $42.00-$46.00

Position Summary:
The RN Unit Care Coordinator supervises and manages patient care, ensuring compliance with laws and standards through interaction with patients, families, and staff.

Education & Experience:

•  Nursing diploma (associate s or bachelor s degree)

•  Active RN license in good standing

•  One year of geriatric nursing experience preferred

•  CPR certification required

Job Requirements:

•  Advanced knowledge in nursing

•  Ability to make independent decisions

•  Knowledge of post-acute care regulations

•  Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships

Essential Functions:

•  Direct daily functions of nursing staff

•  Manage patient care and services

•  Administer medications accurately

•  Respond to emergencies

•  Exhibit excellent customer service

•  Participate in interdisciplinary teamwork
