Our work depends on a Unified Communications Specialist joining our team to provide state-of-the-art Information Technology (IT) engineering and management leadership to enable our customer to increase mission success and enhance mission capabilities in the critical areas of national security, law enforcement, intelligence, counterintelligence, and counterterrorism. HOW A UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Performs site surveys
Identifies equipment needed for deployment
Updates trackers as required for proper configuration and installations
Installs, tests, documents, and trains of newly installed solution
Monitors and troubleshoot EVoIP systems
Identifies potential problems and responding quickly to mitigate any impact on system performance
Assists with inventory tracking
Assists with O&M WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in engineering, computer science, or other equivalent technical discipline (may substitute with commensurate work experience). REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of related experience REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: Avaya, Microsoft TAC, Power BI CLEARANCE: TS/SCI LOCATION: Washington, DC GDIT IS YOUR PLACE: 401K with company match
