We are seeking a Senior Cisco Voice Engineer with a strong background in Cisco technologies. This role involves leading the implementation, support, and upgrade of our Cisco Voice environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience working with Cisco Unified Communications, UCCX, Expressways, Cisco Unity, and Jabber. Responsibilities:

• Implement and provide technical support for Cisco Unified Communications technologies.

• Offer 2nd and 3rd level support for existing systems, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

• Conduct thorough testing and integration of new systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Lead upgrades for all supported VoIP/UC systems, keeping systems up-to-date and secure.

• Monitor Managed Services UC customers using 3rd party network monitoring software, proactively addressing potential issues.

• Perform other Voice technology-related duties as assigned. Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Cisco Voice Engineer.

• Strong expertise in CUCM/Unified Communications, Cisco Unity, UCCX Scripting, and Routing/Switching.

• CCNP Voice or higher certification.

• Active Secret Security Clearance. Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience with advanced Cisco certifications.

• Familiarity with security protocols in environments requiring Secret Clearance. Job Type: Contract, Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications Benefits:
