Our work depends on a UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS ANALYST JR. joining our team to provide state-of-the-art Information Technology (IT) engineering and management leadership to enable our customer to increase mission success and enhance mission capabilities in the critical areas of national security, law enforcement, intelligence, counterintelligence, and counterterror Site surveys
Identifies equipment needed for deployment
Updates trackers as required for proper configuration and installations
Installation, test, document, and training of newly installed solution
Monitors and troubleshoots EVoIP systems
Identifying potential problems and responding quickly to mitigate any impact on system performance
Assists with inventory tracking
Assists with O&M RELATED TECHNICAL SKILLS: (Experience in one or more of the following):
Avaya, Microsoft TAC, Power BI WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: EDUCATION: Bachelors and a minimum of 1 year of experience. Substitutions Allowed: Certificate of Training-2 years of undergraduate work; No Degree- 4 years of related experience CLEARANCE: Top Secret (TS) level with the ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) + CI POLY LOCATION: 75% TRAVEL AND 25% ONSITE GDIT IS YOUR PLACE: 401K with company match
