Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to: This is a Safety Sensitive position Pipe Laying Operating Hand Tools (shovels, rakes, brooms, etc.) Operating Power Tools (drills, saws, earth tampers, etc.) Limited operation of Heavy Equipment as needed including Dozers, Excavators, Rollers and Backhoes Trench Digging Assembly of Materials as needed Grade Checking Erosion Control Load and Unload equipment and materials General Maintenance of equipment used General Cleanup of jobsites Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in Pipe Laying Underground Utilities required Equipment Operator Experience a plus Minimum Job Requirements Must be physically capable of performing duties as required Must have dependable transportation Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Follow safety, security, and all site procedures Use equipment and materials properly Ability to follow oral and written directions with attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced environment Previous Pipe Laying experience Conditions of Employment Must follow safety procedures and maintain a safety-focused work environment Regular and prompt attendance Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Driver's License Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Sick Leave Holidays
