Title: UKG Product Manager Locations: Remote Duration :06 Months Client :GAP (Job ID: 9496-1) Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to help with requirements gathering support build & testing activities to deliver reporting needs for Stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong product management background, a passion for data analytics, and a deep understanding of the UKG platformKey Responsibilities:Product Vision & Strategy:Help Define the vision and strategic direction for UKG custom reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.Team Management:Lead and mentor a team of Custom Report Writers, providing guidance on best practices in report design, data analysis, and storytelling through data.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable product features or enhancements.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with engineering & other stakeholders to drive the development of custom reporting features within the UKG platform.User Experience Optimization:Ensure custom reports are intuitive and user-friendly by implementing user feedback and conducting usability testing.Performance Tracking:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success and adoption of custom reporting solutions, using data-driven insights to inform product improvements.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.5+ years of experience in product management, particularly with custom reporting or data analytics solutions.Strong knowledge of UKG products and In-app custom report writing capabilities.Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and strong analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
