What You'll Do:
  • Become a UKG Pro Power User: Manage, maintain, and optimize our UKG Pro HRIS system across all modules, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Unleash the Power of Data: Proactively develop, maintain, and analyze insightful reports and dashboards within UKG and other BI tools to track key HR metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive business results.
  • Master UKG Integrations: Oversee and troubleshoot integrations between UKG and other critical HR systems. You'll be a key player in identifying opportunities to streamline data flow and optimize our technology ecosystem.
  • Shape Our UKG Environment: Configure, test, and implement UKG system upgrades, enhancements, and new modules to meet our evolving business needs and empower our HR team.
  • Empower Our People: Provide expert-level support and training to HR staff and end-users on the effective use of the UKG Pro system, sharing your knowledge and best practices.
  • Drive HRIS Projects: Participate in exciting HRIS projects related to UKG, including implementations, upgrades, and new module rollouts, ensuring successful and timely completion.
  • Champion Compliance: Monitor and audit UKG data and processes to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure our UKG system aligns perfectly with our overall business objectives and to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience as an HRIS Analyst, with significant hands-on experience administering and reporting within the UKG Pro platform is essential.
  • More than 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • A proven track record of proactively pulling and analyzing HR data to identify trends and drive impactful insights.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and how they integrate within an HRIS, particularly UKG.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to independently research and resolve complex system issues within UKG.
  • Strong proficiency in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards within UKG. Experience with other data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of data integrity principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills - you'll be a key point of contact and a valuable resource for the team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • The ability to thrive independently, take initiative, and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
