As we embark on a complete brand overhaul, we are seeking a versatile, creative professional who excels in graphic design, UI/UX, and visual branding to redefine our brand identity and deliver an outstanding user experience. This role will be part of the marketing team and will also manage ongoing site and social graphic collateral.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Visual Identity:
• Lead the complete brand overhaul by developing a modern, cohesive visual identity that reflects CurrentWare's innovative spirit and market leadership.
• Create comprehensive brand guidelines-including color palettes, typography, iconography, and imagery-that resonate with target audiences.
UI/UX Design:
• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for our website, web applications, and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
Graphic & Visual Design:
• Develop engaging visual assets for both digital and print media, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visual consistency across all platforms and support ongoing site and social graphic collateral needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with development, marketing, and product teams to implement designs that align with business goals and technical requirements.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall user experience and brand positioning.
Project Management & Execution:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design, UI/UX, and branding.
Qualifications:
Experience:
• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, and brand development, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity sector.
• Proven track record of managing a complete brand overhaul or significant rebranding projects.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and user experience principles.
• Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Creative & Analytical Abilities:
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and consistency.
• Ability to combine creative design with user-centered problem solving and data-driven insights.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of graphic design, UI/UX, and brand strategy projects.
Communication & Collaboration:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
