UI/UX Designer Overview

This position offers you the opportunity to collaborate with Singapore's public agencies as part of their digital transformation, shaping intuitive and impactful user experiences. What will you be doing?

You will be working within an agency as part of itsdesign and product team, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, and QA Testers. Together, you will design and deliveruser-centric digital solutionsthat align with Singapore's vision of a Smart Nation-ensuring clarity, usability, and visual excellence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadend-to-end visual design effortsfrom concept to final delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, developers, and QA teams.

  • Conductuser research, interviews, and usability testingto guide informed design decisions.

  • Createuser flows, wireframes, mockups, andinteractive prototypes.

  • Ensuredesign consistencyacross products using pattern libraries and design systems.

  • Championuser-centered design principlesand promote iterative design processes.

  • Present and explain design concepts clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Mentor junior designers and fosterdesign knowledge sharingwithin the team.

Key Requirements:
  • StrongUX/UI or visual designexperience, ideally withinlarge-scale or government systems.

  • Aportfolioshowcasing your design process from research to implementation.

  • Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such asFigma,Adobe XD, etc.

  • Strongcommunication and stakeholder managementskills.

  • Deep understanding ofuser research methodologiesandusability testing.

  • Comfortable working withinAgile development environments.

  • Experience with SharePoint, OutSystems, Salesforce, or Dynamics CRM, enterprise solutions, or large-scale public-facing applications will be an added advantage.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience designing forgeospatial platforms,data dashboards, orgovernment portals.
