Job Responsibilities - Lead the design of complex user interfaces and experiences for key products of the company. - Define and promote UX design best practices within the organization and be an SME for the core UX group
- Assist with user research and leverage insights for strategic decision-making
- Bring your knowledge of visual design principles into the UX design process
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, product owners, business analysts, UX researchers, visual designers, and others to ensure a great user experience is delivered
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design
- Continuously improve the user experience based on feedback and data
- Design and implement user flows, wireframes and proof of concepts that have a business impact
- Create the visual design definition, direction and consistency of applications for multiple display devices
- Maintain a pulse upon User Experience through site analytics, session replays, A/B Testing, and user testing
- Monitor UX technology trends and innovations, market trends, competitive solutions, and emerging technologies
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in UX design supporting software applications or website development
- Excellent user interface design skills that leverage Material Design or variety of other frontend frameworks
- Can balance acting with urgency with doing the right thing
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams
- Able to work independently with some level of uncertainty while maintaining a big-picture understanding
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on user-centered design methodologies
- Strong information visualization, production, and prototyping skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
- Strong understanding of responsive web design and have ability to adapt designs to any screen size
- Basic working knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions
- Lead collaboration sessions with other UX/UI members
- Self-direction, tact, diplomacy, and a courteous and professional demeanor
- Ability to be meticulous with accuracy and detail
- Must be deadline sensitive and adaptable to change

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided. The salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
