Job Description:
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and communicative UI/UX Designer who excels in creating intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered digital experiences-and thrives in client-facing roles. You'll be responsible for understanding client goals, translating business requirements into functional designs, and collaborating closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Design & User Experience
- Conduct user research, create personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Design responsive web and mobile interfaces using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Translate business goals and user needs into elegant, functional design solutions
- Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are followed
Client Collaboration
- Participate in discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and client workshops
- Present and defend design decisions to clients based on best practices and data
- Take client feedback constructively and iterate designs efficiently
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and other designers on cross-functional teams
- Prepare and maintain design documentation for smooth handoffs to engineering
Required Qualifications:
- Professional experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects, especially those with client involvement
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar tools
- Understanding of UX research methods and usability testing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage feedback, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an agency or consulting environment
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or working with dev handoff tools like Zeplin or Figma's Dev Mode
- Experience with tools like Asana, Jira, or Trello
