Description This position is contingent upon award and a secret security clearance is required. The location is subject to change.
Responsibilities: - Lead technical support efforts related to design interface activities, including Human Systems Integration (HSI), Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM), and sustainment engineering.
- Analyze engineering and logistics source data to ensure alignment with lifecycle product support strategies, technical manual updates, and digital logistics data requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including technical manuals and support materials; convert and manage content using XML tools such as Arbortext.
- Plan, execute, and manage cybersecurity training events for DoD personnel, including scenario development, team coordination, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Manage concurrent projects and deliverables under varying scopes and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Provide operations management support, including tasker tracking, leadership briefings, correspondence development, and coordination of internal and external communications.
- Organize and maintain documentation in compliance with program standards; prepare meeting minutes, formal memos, and briefings.
- Serve as a key liaison between cybersecurity training, engineering, logistics, and operations teams to ensure continuity across all documentation and planning efforts.
- Contribute to the refinement of project timelines, deliverable quality, and documentation standards in alignment with DoD expectations and program goals.
- Adhere to the company's AS9100 policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical, cybersecurity, business, or logistics discipline from an accredited institution.
Experience: - Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including cybersecurity training event planning and execution within the DoD environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-track projects with diverse stakeholders and deliverables.
- Strong proficiency in independently executing technical, operational, and documentation responsibilities in both collaborative and autonomous settings.
Clearance: SECRET clearance required.
