UAS-C2 Software Developer to be part of our team responsible for developing cutting-edge software tools for interoperability testing and integration of Army UAS systems. Our team plays a vital role in emerging UAS technologies evaluation and insertion, including those for Joint service platforms.

Are you prepared to make a difference? We want to see your resume. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate effectively with Uncrewed Aviation Systems (UAS) teams to ensure successful integration and testing of UAS systems aligned with established requirements.
- Work closely with the software team to design and implement testing tools that support verification of command and control requirements.
Basic Qualifications: - BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field with 4-8 years of experience; or MS in a related field with 2-6 years of experience. Alternatively, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience in Java development within complex applications.
- Basic understanding of network protocols, concurrency control, and asynchronous communication methods.
- U.S. citizenship is required, along with the ability to maintain an active Secret clearance.
- Residence in Huntsville, AL, or willingness to relocate to the area is required.
Preferred Qualifications: - Hands-on experience with UAS system testing.
- Familiarity with command-and-control protocols and standards (e.g., STANAG 4586, Mavlink).
- Experience with model-driven software development practices.
- Knowledge of developing or integrating software components in distributed systems.

Pay Range: $85,150.00 - $153,925.00
