Generous six-figure base plus commissions, incentives and bonuses with no cap on commissions. Position Summary


An exceptional broadcaster with broad local, regional and national reach is seeking an Advertising Sales Manager for their Western North Dakota and Eastern Montana markets to be based in their Bismarck, ND, offices.

  • to advertisers that want penetration into ideal rural broadcast marketsCall
  • on advertising agencies so they are more engaged and understand the various Station(s) offeringsThin
  • k and act creatively to identify traditional and non-traditional broadcast and media opportunities that will enhance station(s) revenue. The CEO wants someone who "enjoys being creative" while conceiving market opportunities for clientsExam
  • ine the sales process, workflow and methods to optimize/improve resultsTrai
  • n and mentor sales team members in traditional broadcast and cross-platform opportunities to enhance all lines of business. Be a
  • hands-on "player coach" who can sell, handle objections and provide market data to support sales objectivesMana
