Job Title: Newburgh TSA Enrollment Agent I
Job Description
This position involves providing superior customer service to both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment, including computer hardware and software. You will verify customer identity and scan required documents into the database system, complete required biometric and data capture processes, and manage paperwork for each customer. Additionally, you will track processing time for each applicant, ensuring they are processed in the appropriate order and identify opportunities to provide more products and services to customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment.
- Verify customer identity and scan required documents into the database system.
- Successfully complete biometric and data capture processes and paperwork for each customer.
- Track processing time for each applicant, ensuring timely processing.
- Perform biometric processing, including capturing quality electronic fingerprints, photographs, and signatures.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services to customers.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of customer service and administrative experience.
- Strong speaking and writing skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in computer operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in face-to-face customer service in a retail or hospitality environment is preferred.
Work Environment
This position is based at a CVS location. The working hours are Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
