What You'll Do
- Estate & Tax Planning - Advise high-net-worth clients on estate planning strategies, including wealth preservation, tax minimization, and trust structuring.
- Trust & Estate Administration - Handle probate proceedings, estate administration, and fiduciary litigation, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
- Complex Transactions - Draft and negotiate wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents while addressing unique client needs.
- Client Representation - Provide tailored legal solutions to individuals, families, and business owners, working closely with financial advisors and tax professionals.
- Litigation Support - Assist in estate and trust disputes, including contested wills, fiduciary duty claims, and tax controversies.
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in Trust and Estate planning.
Active NY law license (CT is a plus)
