ABOUT YOU
As a Trusted Agent, you prioritize confidentiality and security, demonstrating a strong commitment to Massport's top goal of safety & security. You possess exceptional attention to detail, extensive knowledge of security regulations, and the ability to make independent decisions that align with Massport's policies and procedures. Your effective communication skills are essential for providing guidance to authorized signatories, interacting with applicants, and delivering high-level customer service in a diverse airport environment. A problem-solving mindset, critical thinking ability, and dedication to enhancing service, security, and efficiency provide for your success in this role.
What you will do:
- Evaluate applications for accuracy and completeness Validate identity documents and work authorization, conducting quality control checks to verify accuracy of applicant data and resolving discrepancies.
- Verify the validity of identity documents and work authorization, providing guidance on badge issuance requirements.
- Handle parking violations, payments, permits, and communication with other Aviation departments
- Coordinate inspections and collaborate with MPA OPS. Conduct audits and ensure efficient revenue management.
- Deliver high-intensity customer service, building positive relationships while resolving inquiries from diverse airport customers.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional work experience preferred, with 1-3 years administrative, security, and/or customer service experience.
- Experience in a multi-lingual and/or an airport environment preferred.
- Experience in examining travel and employment authorization documents and strong technical knowledge of web-based applications.
