A Bay Area law firm is seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Litigation Associate to join their growing team. This Associate will work alongside Shareholders and Associates to conduct factual investigations and legal research, draft discovery, prepare deposition outlines, conduct depositions, draft pleadings and briefs, argue motions, and assist in negotiations, mediations, trial preparation, trials, and appeals.
Qualifications:
- A Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admission to practice by the State Bar of California.
- Two or more years of experience as a litigator with a Trust and Estate practice or four or more years as a litigator in other substantive areas.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Hard worker who enjoys a team approach.
Desired Skills and Experience
2+ years trusts and estates litigation experience.
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
